Is delivery free?

All orders of 50€ or more, for an adress in Continental Portugal, qualify for free shipping.
If your order total is between 25€ and 49€, we charge a low 4.50€ for shipping.
If your order total is below 25€, we charge a low 5.95€ for shipping.

Orders to the Azores and Madeira Island have different prices according to the order weight:

Can I save multiple delivery addresses?

Yes. In order to save multiple delivery addresses just access
“MY ACCOUNT” → “SAVED ADDRESSES” → “ ADD AN ADDRESS”.
Alternatively, you can add and save a new address at the time of checkout.

When does my order ship?

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email as soon as your package is shipped, as well as text message notifying you that
the package is on its way on the day of the delivery.
You can also track your package from “MY ACCOUNT” → “ORDER HISTORY” .

Can I change my delivery address, date or time?

Yes, as soon as you get a text message confirming the shipment of your order you can change the
date/time/address for the delivery, as well as choose a location near you where you can pick up your
order.

PAYMENT & BILLING

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit cards, Paypal e MultiBanco.

How do I pay with multibanco?

To pay with Multibanco from your homebanking account you should select the "Services" or "payments and services" option and insert the payment info provided at checkout. To pay using an ATM machine, you should insert your card and secret code and select the "Other operations" option. There you will have the option to "Pay for shopping". After inserting the payment info provided at checkout you can finalize the payment by pressing the green button. The receipt serves as proof of payment.

Where can I find the multibanco reference information to pay for my order?

You can find the multibanco reference to pay for your order under MY ACCOUNT -> ORDER HISTORY -> ORDER DETAILS.

How can I pay with MB WAY?

To pay for your shopping using MB WAY you should select the payment method MB WAY at checkout and insert your phone number. Then you just have to access the MB WAY app and accept the payment (you should receive a notification about this payment)

How can I link my food card to MB WAY?

In order to link your food card to MB WAY you need to access the MB WAY app and select the "Add card" option. Here you should insert your food card's number and expiration date. Now all you need to do to pay with your food card is to select the MB WAY option for payment at checkout.

Why is there a pending authorization on my card?

This authorization is pending because we will only charge you for your order after the COMUNITI BUY ends
and we have a final low price for the item you ordered.

I need a copy of my invoice.

MY ORDER

Where do I enter my promo code?

Your personal promo codes will automatically appear on the checkout page. All you need to do is copy the
relevant code and paste it in the promo code field.

Why isn't my promo code working?

Please make sure your order meets the requirements of the promo code you wish to use, and that the code
is within the “valid until” date. If you checked and are still experiencing issues, please contact us.

I placed my order but I forgot to apply my promo code, what now?

Contact us with your order number. We can look into it for you.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email as soon as your package is shipped, as well as text message notifying you that
the package is on its way on the day of the delivery.
You can also track your package from “MY ACCOUNT” → “ORDER HISTORY”.

Can I cancel/change my order?

Yes, as long as you notify us before the order leaves our warehouse for delivery. Contact us with your
order number in order to cancel your order.

What if my item is damaged, incorrect or missing?

Contact us with your order number and attached photos of the damaged/incorrect product. We will make
sure to fix this inconvenience immediately.

Can I return an item if I’m not happy with it?

Yes. You can request to return any item within 5 days from the delivery date, at no cost, by contacting us. We will send you an email with further details regarding your return status.

Can I edit my shipping address?

If you want to edit the shipping address of an order that is confirmed, please follow the steps in
faq x → Can I change my delivery address, date or time?
If you want to edit your shipping address for future orders, login to our website and access your
account under “My Account” (link to faq how to access my account) → “Saved addresses” → “Add an
address”.

What is the return policy?

No questions asked. If you are not happy with it - we will take it back, at no extra charge. We only ask that you contact us
within 5 days of delivery, so we can best assist you.


MY ACCOUNT

Can I edit my account information?

You can manage your payment methods, shipping addresses, email preferences and password under
“My Account”. To edit your email address please Email us at ajuda@comuniti.pt.

How do I reset my password?

In case you are logged in on our website you can change your
password by accessing “My Account” → “Password”.
If you are not logged in, you should click “Sign in” → “Forgot password?”
and look out for an email from us with a password reset link.

How to sign up?

To signup for an account you should click “Sign in” → “No account? Create one here” → and fill in your
personal information.

How can I get an invitation code?

In order to get an invitation code you should click on the “Request an invite code” at the top right
side of your screen and submit your email. We will send you one as soon as we can :)

Can I sign in with my facebook or google credentials?

Yes! You can find those options in the login / sign up pages.

How do I access My Account?

Start by logging in with your account using the “Sign in” button and entering your email address
provided when you signed up, and your password. Once logged in, you can access your account preferences
by clicking “My account”.

What is the pricing information?

In order to help you make the most informed purchase decision, we share with you this information about
current prices of other retailers for the same product. The prices include any active promotions applied
by the retailers.

offering the same product.

How often does the other retailers’ price information updated?

The pricing information is updated daily, so at any given moment you are able to access the most
accurate information. With that said, despite our best efforts to keep the information 100% accurate,
sometimes there might be some errors. If you notice any mistake, please let us know, so we can share it
with the community.

Is the price information accurate to where I live?

The pricing information is sampled from multiple locations throughout mainland portugal.

Why some products have fewer or no other retailers’ pricing information?

If there is no pricing information for one or more other retailers, it is most likely that they don’t
sell that specific product, or out of stock in the area where the price was sampled.

What is buy more save more?

Buy more save more allows you to save money by buying multiple units of the same product. It just makes
sense - the more units of the same product you buy on one single order - the less you pay per each unit.

Occasionally some products will not have quantity discount, but we make our best efforts to have buy
more save more option available for the majority of the products.

What is COMUNITI BUY?

COMUNITI BUY enables you to join together with others in our community to secure additional savings on
the more expensive daily essentials. Each day, we will make multiple products available for COMUNITI
BUY, so you can initiate, or join one for the products you like.
And remember - sharing is caring… spread the word about the COMUNITY BUY product you like - the more
people join the lower the price goes!

How do I join a COMUNITI BUY?

When a COMUNITI BUY is already active, you will notice the green JOIN button. Remember that your place
in the COMUNITI BUY purchase will only be secured and activated once you complete check out.

How does payment work for COMUNITI BUY?

When you start or join a COMUNITI BUY and complete checkout, your credit card or paypal account will be
authorized for the product’s current COMUNITI BUY price. Once the COMUNITI BUY duration is over, payment
will be captured for the final low price.

Why can’t I use multibanco for my COMUNITI BUY?

You can’t use instant payment methods like Multibanco in a COMUNITI BUY because the final price for the
products you ordered will only be set when the COMUNITI BUY ends.
When you checkout we make sure a payment is authorized in your account and it will be pending until the
product you ordered has hit it’s lowest price and the COMUNITI BUY has ended.

Can I join a COMUNITI BUY without checking out / completing payment?

In order to join a COMUNITI BUY you must checkout and provide your payment details. The value of the
product will only be charged from your account once the COMUNITI BUY has ended and the product has hit
its lowest price.

Can I cancel my participation in a COMUNITI BUY?

You may cancel your participation in a COMUNITI BUY before it has ended by contacting us.
Our return policy applies to products purchased through COMUNITI BUY as well.
